pricing
Pay for the work, not the seats.
Polytask is priced on usage: the AI processing (tokens) and messages each job uses, billed monthly in arrears in Australian dollars. No per-seat fees and no tiers. An agent that did nothing this month costs nothing this month.
per job
What a job costs, and the time it saves.
The AI cost of real jobs our customers ran last month, next to how long a person would take to do the same job by hand. A job that reads more, writes more or uses a website costs more; you see what every agent costs as it goes.

questions
The usual questions.
- Do I pay for the AI separately?
- No. The AI your agents use is included in what you pay for each job.
- Do rehearsals cost anything?
- A rehearsal does the same reading and thinking as a real job, so it costs about the same — but nothing is sent, so it’s the cheapest way to get an agent right.
- What if an agent goes wrong and runs up a bill?
- Every organisation has a monthly cap. When it’s reached, agents stop until you raise it.
- Can I invite my whole team?
- Yes. There are no seat fees, so add everyone who needs to approve, answer questions or set up agents.
Start with one job.
We’re opening to a small group and setting each business up personally. We’ll build your first agent with you, rehearse it on your real email and documents with nothing sent, and switch it on when you’re happy.
Nothing important goes out without your OK — from the first minute.
